One Response to “4 Styles of Tai Chi”

  1. Hi Ricardo, I’m loving this Tai chi Tuesday, and I love the video. I realize now why this is one of those things that even the elderly can do to help with their balance. I know years ago my mothers’ Dr. had mentioned to her about Tai chi after a fall she had. Now I see the benefits in this graceful and beautiful technique. I know it’s not called a technique but the word for it is not coming to me right this minute when I need it, sorry. Thanks for the enlightenment!! JJ
