March ’09 Blog Earnings

money This post is part of Monthly Earnings Statements. Click Here if you would like to view more Monthly Earnings Statements posts.

This is my first monthly blog earnings statements, of many to come. I wanted to just let everyone know how it/I am doing and how it may help others learn through first hand examples. Nurture Your Wealth talks about a lot of ways to make money on the internet and get healthier while doing so. It is to be seen as an informational resource which can and will help you lead a better lifestyle, both financially and physically.

The stats for these earnings statements are only representative of this site, Nurture Your Wealth. Meaning that this blog in this month, March 2009, created the below in terms of revenue. The revenue this blog earns is a byproduct for my will and passion for teaching. My first and only commitment is to my readers and their well being and not to make money deceiving them, unlike some others.

There were 3 categories of revenue potential:
- Affiliate Networks (Market Leverage, Amazon Associates)
- Cost Per Click Publisher Ads (Adsense, Adbrite, Bidvertiser, Text Link Ads, etc.)
- Private Ads (Visit Advertising)

    Earnings

  • Affiliate: $1.40
  • CPC Publisher Ads $42.67
  • Pay Per Post: $0
  • Private Ads: $5.00
  • Grand Total: $49.07

Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would like to see an increase in private ad’s just to get some exposure to fellow readers, visit advertising. This is a future testament to all that blogging isn’t a get rich quick scheme. It’s extremely time consuming, and if you aren’t passionate for your topic/niche it may not be successful. Thanks for reading, will keep you up to date every month!

I think it is super that you can earn income from blogging. I do love blogging but it is not my number one objective in earning income, especially if it is that time consuming. I enjoy the health business I am building and one day it will afford me the time to concentrate on my blogs. Thanks for post and sharing your progress so far. Much success in the very near future.

Hey Eddie, Thanks for the comment. Like you this isn’t my #1 way to earn either, I’m in a few home based businesses + have a bunch of affiliate marketing/ppc campaigns out there, just nice to know the blogging time doesn’t go unrewarded. Also, sent you a message on your blog :)
